Roberto has vision, passion, patience, and he really strives to develop a relationship with his clients. His crew of Edgar and Gabriel are master craftsmen. We chose custom cabinets and high-end fixtures/materials, and they took extra care to make each detail perfect. Due to the age of our house (50 years), we had to make modifications to the plan along the way. Each time a change or obstacle arose, Roberto had great options and solutions. I’ve never seen a contractor who was so transparent with pricing – his estimate broke out every element separately, letting us know just how much each part would cost. His prices, while not always rock bottom, were very fair, and we definitely got what we paid for. The crew cleaned up the area every day, and we are thrilled with the results. My wife says it’s the prettiest bathroom she’s ever seen. That says it all. We highly, highly recommend Ark Remodeling.

Roberto at Ark did our kitchen remodel in the heights, and it turned out fantastic! Roberto was detailed and responsive from the beginning. He started on time and finished on time and the quality of the work is great! We did a whole remodel—floors,countertops, cabinets and had a load bearing wall taken out. It took 3 weeks all in all. They handled the remodel of my entire Master Bedroom area after a recent snowstorm in Houston caused busted pipes and caused flooding in 3 areas of my home. Ark remodeling services was extremely professional in every way- from the guys doing the work to the responsiveness of the contractor and estimator. They started on time and cleaned up every day. While every project has it challenges, Ark responded with professionalism and haste! My bathroom ended up very nice and the job was well done. The bathtub before and shower after is shown along with the vanity and sinks installed.

We selected Roberto and Ark Design & Construction to renovate two full bathrooms. While we had done much of the planning of design and material selection the input from Roberto was valuable and enhanced the end result. Quality of work in both bathrooms was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. So much so that we hired them for a second major project: interior painting, floor replacement and refinishing. ARK Remodeling responded quickly to our request for proposal to remodel our master bathroom and half bathroom providing a competitive quote that we couldn’t pass up. They were very flexible and easy to work with accepting changes to our project on the fly. We ended up adding a whole house repipe during the project and they took it on with no problem at a reasonable price. In all we were very happy with their attention to detail and the finished product! We are very happy we chose ARK Remodeling!
